What these terms of service cover

SetIPTV provides IPTV subscription access delivered as a playlist or login for compatible IPTV player apps. Specifically, credentials may be provided as M3U or Xtream codes. The service also includes live channels, movies, series, an EPG program guide, and quality levels such as SD, HD, FHD, and 4K where available.

Personal use

Your credentials are for personal use only. Therefore, do not resell, publish, share, copy, or distribute your login details. You are also responsible for activity linked to your credentials. If you think someone else has your login, contact support promptly.

Devices per plan

Each plan includes the number of devices selected at checkout. For example, a 1-device plan is for one active device. If you need more devices, choose 2 or 3 devices where available. However, using more devices than your plan allows may interrupt access.

Acceptable use under these terms of service

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass technical controls, overload systems, interfere with other users, reverse engineer access, or use the service for commercial redistribution. In addition, you must keep your app, device, and internet connection in working order.

Local laws

You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply in your location. So do not use the service where doing so would breach local requirements.

Availability and maintenance

We work to provide stable access, but network conditions, device issues, app problems, maintenance, and content-source changes can affect internet-based TV. As a result, some channels or categories may change, move, or become temporarily unavailable.

Payments

Plans are one-time payments in US dollars. Payment methods also include card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure checkout. Activation usually takes only minutes after payment, but extra checks or support queues can sometimes add time. Finally, refund reviews follow our refund policy.

Changes to these terms of service

We may update plans, pricing, content categories, device guidance, website copy, and these terms when needed. The version shown on this page then applies from the listed update date.

Limitation of liability

To the reasonable extent allowed by law, SetIPTV is not liable for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, device problems, internet-provider issues, third-party app faults, or events outside our control. However, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
